Brief on Wallets
Community Wallet, which typically holds funds for various community-related initiatives such as Minting Funds, which are used to create new tokens, Treasury Funds, which are set aside for future expenses, and Airdrop Rewards, which are distributed to community members as incentives.
Expansion Wallet, which contains funds reserved for potential future growth or unexpected expenses that may arise. These funds can be used to finance new projects or to mitigate financial risks.
Team Wallet, is designated for the exclusive use of the company's team members. These funds are typically allocated for employee salaries, bonuses, and other expenses related to the team's operations.
Farm 1 consists of a collection of 600 NFTs that are priced within the range of $500 to $600. Any surplus funds from Farm 1 operations will be reinvested in Farm 2. Profits generated from Farm 2 will be shared among our 600 NFT holders.
Before ROI - 90% to NFT Holders, 5% to Expansion Wallet, and 5% to Team
After ROI - 80% to NFT Holders, 7.5% to Expansion Wallet, and 12.5% to Team
Farm 2 (new mint) will be priced between $700 and $800 and consists of a collection of 300 NFTs. The sale will be conducted in two phases - will be offered to existing investors through a new mint, followed by the remaining portion being made available to the public. Kindly take note that the funds generated from minting for Farm 2 will be allocated for Farm 2 and 2.5 (subject to change and depending on the situation).
Before ROI - 85% to NFT Holders, 5% to Expansion Wallet, 5% to Team, and 5% to Farm 1 Treasury (Community Wallet)
After ROI - 75% to NFT Holders, 15% to Expansion Wallet, 5% to Team, and 5% to Farm 1 Treasury (Community Wallet)
Farm 2.5 (from Farm 2) will have the funds required to launch the project by then. NFT holders from Phases 1 and 2 will be consolidated, the final profit sharing will be as below.
NFT holders from Farm 1 and Farm 2 will be merged, and all profits will be shared, only when production has started.
