Problem: Staff at chicken egg farms are mostly underpaid. In addition to this, they are often overworked.
Proposed Solution: Our staff, though paid a fixed wage for the initial 2 years, will receive a percentage of ROI as their share. Portions of their operations are automated at our farm. We consider our team an integral part of our DAO, and therefore, we compensate them fairly as our brand grows.
